Pay Your Annual Dues
Annual dues for our association are $25 and should be paid via PayPal. These dues cover a variety of benefits, including social, networking and professional development opportunities, volunteering, and more.
February Philanthropy: Early Learning Partnership of York County
In an effort to support our community and alumnae we are asking that you show your love for reading during the month of February, by donating to the Early Learning Partnership of York County. Teresa Creech, Zeta Mu Chapter, Appalachian State University, serves as the Executive Director. ELP was founded in 1998. This non-profit focuses on families with children from birth to age five, while growing the school readiness skills such as social-emotional bonding and early literacy to be successful later in life. Over the past two years, Teresa and her team have distributed nearly 40,000 books each year to children and families in our communities. Include "ADPi" in your donation to be entered into a raffle for a $25 Amazon gift card from the Charlotte Alumnae Association.

February Social Event: Ice Skating at National White Water Center
We hope to see you at our February social event! Join us for ice skating, hot chocolate, and fun at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.
When: February 13th, 2021 @ 5pm
Cost: $20/person if you want to ice skate
(Free if you come for lights and company!)
Ronald McDonald House Charities: Sport a Shirt, Share a Night
It costs $142 per night to host a family at the RMH of Charlotte. Every year, thousands of people across the state participate in "Sport a Shirt, Share a Night" to support the Ronald McDonald House. Participants “sport” a $15.00 RMH T-shirt to “share” the cost of a family’s stay at the Ronald McDonald House. This event helps cover this cost so that RMH is able to serve families regardless of their ability to pay.
Event Date: Friday, April 30th
Order Deadline: Monday, March 29th
**Please note that payment is processed through PayPal. Purchasers do not need a PayPal account as credit and debit cards are accepted. There is a processing fee of 2.9% plus .30 which brings the cost to $15.73 per shirt. Shirts will be distributed the week of April 12th.
